Pastry dough for a pastry bag
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. Of course, it might be a bit bold of me to suggest that you specifically make éclairs. Certainly, this recipe is universal, and you can make pastry dough at home using a piping bag for your own purposes. But still, I feel that this dough seems specially made for such light and delicate pastries! I highly recommend it. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. As soon as it starts to melt, pour in the water. Wait until the water boils and the butter is completely melted.

Step 2

2. Now reduce the heat to very low. Without removing the pot from the heat, add salt and sugar to taste, as well as flour. Stir to form a thick dough, then remove from the heat and add the eggs. Quickly mix until smooth, so the eggs don't scramble.

Step 3

3. That's it! Place this dough into a piping bag and pipe out eclairs. Squeeze out a small amount of dough, then add filling, and finally another small amount of dough on top.

Step 4

4. Bake the eclairs until golden brown. Done!
