Cake batter
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. This dough can be used to make both sweet and savory treats. In this case, I made sweet muffins. You can bake them with dried fruits, jam, berries, or condensed milk. You can use any filling you like, as long as it's moderate and not too runny. To assemble, pour some batter into the bottom of the mold, add your chosen filling on top, then cover with more liquid batter. One more thing: don't overfill the molds. Otherwise, the muffins will rise and spill over. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 1

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add all the sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool. Add the eggs and beat everything thoroughly with a mixer.

Step 2

Add sour cream to the mixture. Mix well. In a separate bowl, sift flour with baking powder. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla.

Step 3

Now do the following: slowly pour half of the liquid mixture into the flour mixture, stirring with a fork to avoid lumps. Then, add the remaining half of the liquid. Be sure to mix everything with a mixer at low speed.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take molds or a pan with high sides and pour the batter into them in portions. The molds should not be filled more than halfway. Before pouring in the batter, moisten the molds with water.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes if the cupcakes are small. If it's one large cupcake, bake for no more than 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
