
Dumpling dough for khinkali
Description
Anyone who has ever made hinkali dough by hand knows that it doesn't always turn out successful. Forget all the recipes you've ever read and learn my hinkali dough recipe. To be more precise, it's not really mine, but that of my good friend who works in a hinkali restaurant. Now, those people certainly know how to make proper dough—believe me.

Step 1

Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.

Pour warm water into the depression.

Mix.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then roll it into a ball.

Place the dough on a work surface and knead for another 5 minutes.

That's it, the khinkali dough is ready. Now roll it out to a thickness of about 1 cm, cut out circles, fill with the filling—and follow the recipe from there :) Good luck!
