Dough for baked buns
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Like all women, I absolutely love baked goods—both sweet and savory—but when it comes to actually preparing them, I usually run into problems. Kneading dough (especially yeast dough) is pure torture for me. The trouble is, without yeast, buns just aren't the same. But finally, I've found the perfect recipe for baking oven buns that doesn't take too long and delivers excellent results. You'll spend only about 40 minutes total (instead of the usual 1.5–2 hours), and the buns turn out amazing—soft, fluffy, and simply superb. I highly recommend this easy dough recipe for oven buns to all beginner cooks or just lazy people like me. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Pour 300 ml of warm water or milk (35 degrees) into a deep bowl. Add yeast, sugar, and 3 tablespoons of flour.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients and place in a warm spot for 15 minutes.

Step 3

After the time has elapsed, add vegetable oil and salt to this mixture, and mix.

Step 4

Now we gradually start adding flour and kneading the dough until it stops sticking to the hands and becomes smooth and uniform. Place it in a warm spot again for about 15–20 minutes, during which time it should increase in volume by 1.5 times. Now the dough is ready for further work and shaping into buns. Good luck!
