Dough for yeast buns
Description
My cooking from internet recipes doesn't always turn out like the pictures. But I really wanted to bake buns for my children that they would remember, just as I remember my grandmother's buns. So, having found this recipe, I joyfully rushed to the kitchen, and (miracle!) the apartment quickly filled with the incredible aroma of fresh homemade baked goods. And my family devoured the delicious buns in no time. Try baking buns using my recipe. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm milk, add a spoonful of sugar, stir, and place the mixture in a warm place for 20 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

The mixture should foam and rise to form a "cap".
- 3
Step 3

In a large bowl, sift the flour (150-200 g), pour in the remaining milk, and mix. The batter should have the consistency of pancake batter. Let it stand in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Step 4

When the sponge starts to settle, knead the dough, adding the beaten egg with sugar and salt, as well as the melted butter.
- 5
Step 5

Gradually add the flour in small portions, kneading until you get a soft, elastic dough. During the kneading process, grease your hands and the work surface with vegetable oil. Knead the dough for 20 minutes until it becomes elastic.

Step 6

Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel, and set in a warm place for 2 hours. It should increase in volume 2-3 times. When the dough has risen, start shaping the buns.
