They turned out so delicious that now I want to share my success with you and show you how to make cheburek dough with water. This is a very simple recipe that anyone can handle—this dough simply cannot be ruined. And since it's not yeast-based, it takes only a few minutes to prepare. First of all, in order for the dough to be soft and the chebureki delicious, the flour needs to be sifted.

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and vegetable oil. Place on the stove and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and sift in 100 grams of flour. Quickly stir everything with a wooden spatula to prevent lumps from forming. When the mixture becomes smooth, turn off the heat and let it cool.

When the prepared mixture has cooled to warm, add the egg and vodka, mix everything, and gradually begin adding the remaining flour.

When the dough becomes difficult to stir with a spatula, transfer it onto a floured surface and start kneading by hand. Don't be lazy—spend about 20 minutes on this. Then move the finished dough into a bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rest for 0.5–1 hour. After that, you can confidently start shaping the chebureks.
