
Dough for chebureki with boiling water
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Chebureki made from this boiling water dough turn out crispy, with bubbly and delicious dough. During preparation, you can let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then knead again, adding flour. It can be stored in the refrigerator and also retains its qualities when frozen. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Pour water into a saucepan, add vegetable oil and salt. Bring to a boil.
