Dough for buns with kefir
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You'll need a minimum of ingredients for this dough. It turns out very soft. Thanks to the vegetable oil in the ingredients, the dough is easy to work with and doesn't stick to your hands. It can also be prepared in advance and stored in the freezer. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

Warm the kefir, especially if it has been stored in the refrigerator, using a water bath until it becomes warm. This will speed up the reaction. Add baking powder to it, which can be substituted with baking soda.
- 2
Step 2

Mix everything thoroughly and wait until the kefir increases slightly in volume. If you added baking soda, it will start to bubble.
- 3
Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into the kefir. Be sure to use refined oil, odorless.
- 4
Step 4

Sift the flour through a sieve several times to aerate it with oxygen. This will help the baked goods rise well and become fluffy. Add the flour to the kefir in portions.

Step 5

Knead a smooth and soft dough. You can start shaping the products immediately, or put the dough in the freezer for "better times."
