Description

Every housewife has her own recipe for pancake batter. Some prefer pancakes made with kefir, others with milk or buttermilk, while some like them made with plain water. In any case, perfectly prepared batter is the key to incredibly delicious pancakes. They can be served with tea or coffee.

So the main indicator is the batter itself, ready for frying pancakes.

    6. Experienced housewives can visually determine properly prepared batter. Take some batter in a spoon and gently pour it out—the batter should flow off easily like water to make thin pancakes. For thicker pancakes, the batter should slightly cling to the spoon.

    7. It remains only to add a little vegetable oil to the batter, and you can start frying the pancakes. You can grease the pan with a piece of pork fat or a brush dipped in vegetable oil—this way, even the first pancake will turn out perfect. However, if you use a non-stick pan, the oil in the batter will be quite sufficient.
