
Dough for belyashi in a bread maker
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Thanks to the bread machine, there's no need to knead the dough for a long time. You just need to set the required program, add all the ingredients in the correct order, and press the button—the machine will do the rest. The belyashi turn out soft, fluffy, and crispy. Serve with tea or coffee.

Set the bread machine to the "Dough" setting and add the ingredients in the following order: vegetable oil, warm water, 4 cups of flour plus an additional 20 grams, as well as dry and instant yeast.

Do not open the bread maker. It will first mix all the ingredients, then the dough will rise, after that the machine will mix everything again and let the dough rise once more. The entire process will take 1-1.5 hours.

After the dough kneading process is complete, open the bread machine and remove the dough, placing it onto a table with a small amount of flour.

Divide the dough into pieces, place a little meat filling into each piece, and seal the edges well.

Fry the ready-made belyashi on a hot skillet with the addition of vegetable oil.
