Grated Plum Pie
Description
An exquisite dish made from ordinary ingredients. The freshness of the filling, a soft base and a crunchy top—that's how you can describe this pie! You can bake a grated plum pie for a guests' arrival or for a family tea. Choose plums that are not overripe, of sweet varieties. The filling can be very diverse, especially in summer when fresh berries or fruits are abundant. Feel free to experiment. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.
