
Cottage Cheese Terrine with Radish and Herbs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The appetizer terrine turns out light and very tasty! If the dish is being prepared for adults, you can add a couple of tablespoons of horseradish to the mixture. Choose herbs to taste. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients, including gelatin, salt, and pepper. Wash the radishes and herbs thoroughly.

Cut the radish into matchsticks.

Chop the herbs and mix with the radish.

Add the gelatin to the cream and heat slightly until the gelatin dissolves. Combine the cottage cheese with the cream until smooth.

Add the herbs with radish, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Line a rectangular pan with plastic wrap.

Place the cottage cheese mixture in the mold.

Cover the top with the ends of plastic wrap and place a small weight on top. Refrigerate for 5–6 hours, until fully set. Then unwrap the plastic wrap and turn the terrine out onto a plate or board. Remove any remaining plastic wrap and serve the terrine.
