Chicken and mushroom terrine
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Terrine is usually prepared in a rectangular mold. Essentially, it's a meat casserole that can serve as a sandwich filling instead of sausage. Vegetables, olives, nuts, mushrooms, and ham are added to the meat mixture. After baking, chill the terrine well in the refrigerator for several hours in the mold before removing it. It's delicious both cold and warm. Serve hot.
