Tilefish in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Flounder is a very tasty and tender fish. Use fresh, thick, and definitely natural sour cream for baking. If you're afraid it might curdle or run off the top, add a little flour to it. Serve the cooked flounder with any side dish or simply with fresh vegetables. The finished dish is ready to be served.
