Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Flounder is mainly fried or smoked. This tasty fish also makes excellent appetizers, salads, main courses, and soups. Flounder can be baked, boiled, salted, steamed, stuffed, canned, and marinated. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Clean the fish, remove the fins and skin. Rinse under cold running water, make longitudinal cuts along the backbone, and fillet.

Pat the fillet dry, cut each piece in half, and coat in flour mixed with coarse salt.

Heat oil in a skillet, add a garlic clove, and evenly fry the fish fillet.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the olives into rings, finely chop the basil. Add to the pan with the sculpin.
