Veal with potatoes in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I really love the combination of tender veal and potatoes; I've often stewed them together in a pot. However, when a multicooker appeared in my kitchen, I immediately wanted to try making this dish in it. Fortunately, my friend already had this smart appliance for quite some time, and she was the one who gave me the idea. The ready dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the veal under running water, dry the meat with a towel, and cut it into small pieces (2.5-3 cm wide).

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large chunks, then place them in the multicooker bowl together with the sliced meat.

Step 3

Add sliced onion in half-rings.

Step 4

Separately, in a bowl, mix 300 ml of water and tomato paste.

Step 5

Pour the prepared sauce into the bowl.
- 6
Step 6

Add salt and spices to taste and gently mix all the ingredients.

Step 7

Now close the multicooker lid, select the "Stewing" mode (if unavailable, choose the "Meat" mode) and cook the veal with potatoes for 40 minutes.

Step 8

After the cooking cycle ends, keep the lid closed for another 10-15 minutes, then serve the dish.
