Cut the meat into portion pieces, lightly pound them, and place in a deep container. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and onion rings, then pour wine over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, fry the meat (without onion and greens) in vegetable oil on both sides. Cook until a golden crust forms, about 2-3 minutes per side. In a separate skillet, sauté the chopped onion. Combine the meat with the onion, pour in wine, and simmer over low heat for about an hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the meat to a plate. Strain the sauce through a sieve, then mix it with the cream. Pour the sauce over the meat (you can warm the sauce beforehand).
