
Italian-style veal
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for Italian-style veal. First, sauté the escalopes in a pan with mushrooms and onions. Meanwhile, cook tagliatelle or any other pasta in boiling water. Also, serve the dish with a sauce made from cream and egg yolks. Good luck. Serve hot.

Pound the escalopes, covering them with parchment paper. Then lightly fry them in a pan—about 1 minute on each side.

Sauté the chopped onion with mushrooms in a pan until soft.

Place the escalopes in a pan, pour in the wine, and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Cook tagliatelle in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain in a colander and add butter.

Prepare the sauce. Beat the egg yolks with the cream, add a little liquid from the pan, and mix. Then heat the mixture over low heat until it thickens.
