
Breaded veal liver
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can eat the liver on its own or serve it hot with a side dish of porridge, pasta, or vegetables. Liver is not only tasty but also very nutritious (it contains vitamin B). It has a rich and distinctive flavor. You can fry it with vegetables, in batter or breadcrumbs, or with sauce. Serve hot.

1. Wash the liver thoroughly, then carefully pat it dry with paper towels.

2. Trim off all fatty strips and discard them. Cut the liver into small pieces.

3. Place the liver in a bowl and pour milk over it.

4. Leave the meat in the milk for 1 hour.

5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with salt and ground pepper.

6. Remove the liver and coat each piece in the flour mixture.

7. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and add all the pieces at once.

8. Fry the liver until a golden crust forms, about 30 seconds on each side.
