Baked veal ribs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I'm offering you a very simple recipe for veal ribs in the oven. There's no need to fuss around—just marinate, put in the oven, and you'll have delicious, tender meat ready! I love serving oven-baked veal ribs with potatoes or rice, generously sprinkled with fresh herbs. When I prepare veal ribs in the oven using pomegranate sauce for the marinade, they turn out especially tasty with a slightly tart note. But even if you don't have this sauce, using any other will still result in a delicious dish. Basil adds a unique, wonderful aroma. The dish is ready to be served.
