Meatballs in sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Baking meatballs in a tender and aromatic sauce is a wonderful find for every homemaker. As for the minced meat, you can always experiment by adding fresh or sautéed vegetables, your favorite spices, etc. Ten minutes before cooking is complete, you can sprinkle the meatballs with grated cheese to get an even more appetizing crust. This is a great recipe that I strongly recommend you try. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. I suggest starting the process with milk. To make the sauce aromatic, the milk needs to be infused. Bring it to a boil, add spices to taste (nutmeg, bay leaf, salt, pepper, etc.) and half a sliced onion. Cover the saucepan and let it absorb the aromas.
