Meatballs in a steamer
Description
Healthy food is trendy nowadays. Steamed meat is considered the most beneficial for consumption. Unfortunately, many people still prefer fried meat. Thanks to this recipe, you'll love steamed meat dishes even more! When cooking meatballs in a steamer, the model or brand of the steamer doesn't matter. Make the chicken mince yourself—it's not difficult. You can use any rice, though basmati is more nutritious and pairs better with chicken. Recipe: 1. Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 2 hours. 2. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Sauté in sunflower oil in a frying pan. 3. Wash the chicken fillet, cut it into cubes, then blend in a food processor. 4. Add the sautéed onion and cubed butter to the chicken. Blend everything together again. 5. Mix in spices. Place the mince in the refrigerator for about an hour to make it easier to shape the meatballs. 6. Form balls from the chilled mince. Drain the water from the rice. Carefully roll each meatball in the rice. 7. Line the steamer with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it. Steam for 20 minutes. Ready! Serve the meatballs with vegetables or any side dish.
