Meatballs in foil
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can easily cook it in the oven, on a barbecue, or over an open fire (by preparing the meatballs in advance). You can use any vegetables you like. The most important thing is not to forget to add garlic and onion—they will give the meatballs a wonderful aroma. To prepare the meatballs in foil, use thicker foil and also parchment paper (this will prevent the food from sticking to the foil). Overall, the recipe for foil-wrapped meatballs is extremely simple and unlikely to cause difficulties for anyone. Good luck! Serve the finished dish at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes, not too thick, so they cook properly. Cut the carrots into wedges as well. Arrange all the ingredients separately.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and add to the meat mixture along with the rice. Season well with salt and pepper, then shape into balls.

Step 3

Now mix the rosemary with the butter. Place the ingredients on parchment paper (lay the parchment on foil). Three balls per serving.

Step 4

Spray with barbecue sauce and season with salt once again. Now carefully roll it up.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. If cooking outdoors, use hot coals, but never place directly into the flames! And wait for the delicious aroma to appear :)
