Description
The recipe won't take much time. Making meatballs with rice without sauce is very simple. A great option for a hearty lunch or a quick dinner. You can serve them with any side dish or simply with fresh vegetables. I used pork and beef mince, but you can use any meat of your choice. Serve hot.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cook the rice in salted water until half-done.

Place the minced meat into a deep bowl.

Add finely diced onion, cooked rice, egg, salt, and spices to taste.

Mix everything well.

Form small balls from the minced meat.

Transfer the "kolobki" to a hot skillet with oil and fry over high heat on both sides until golden brown.

Then rinse the skillet, dry it thoroughly, and return all the meatballs back to it. Pour in a little water, cover the skillet with a lid, and simmer the meatballs over low heat for another 10–15 minutes.
