If you prefer a crispier crust, you can fry them beforehand, or place the cooked meatballs with the sauce in the oven to brown. The finished dish is ready to serve.

1. Add the finely chopped and fried onion to the minced meat. Soak the bread in milk, then add this mixture to the minced meat and mix well. Add spices to taste. Shape the meatballs with wet hands.
