Meatballs with sauce cooked in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cooking meatballs with sauce in a skillet at home is very simple. Yet you can surprise your family by preparing ordinary meatballs using unusual ingredients. Cottage cheese will make them softer, while vegetables added to the sauce will give the dish a light summery flavor. Below I offer a detailed recipe for skillet meatballs with sauce, accompanied by photos. I hope you'll enjoy it :) Serve hot.

Step 1

1) Finely chop the onion and garlic (you can grate them on a grater), soak the bread roll in water or milk. Add these ingredients to the minced meat, squeezing the bread roll first, and mix thoroughly. Into the resulting mixture, beat in an egg, add cottage cheese, mustard, previously chopped herbs, and pour in milk. Then mix again, season with salt and add spices to taste (I would recommend black pepper, cilantro, and rosemary), and mix one final time.
