Meatballs with semolina
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Semolina meatballs are made without rice; they essentially cook in a creamy sauce, making them incredibly tender. You can make semolina meatballs of any size, but for children, I make them small enough to eat in one bite. You can use any type of ground meat. If adults will be eating the meatballs, make them larger and add spices to your taste. Serve hot.
