Meatballs with mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest using homemade beef and pork mince as a base. Prepare the rice in advance—we'll need 200 grams of cooked round rice. You can use any other rice, but I prefer round rice the most. It binds all the ingredients well and prevents them from falling apart during cooking. You can use spices to taste; I like paprika, salt, and pepper. Garlic is a must. Serve the meatballs with sour cream, sauce, or a side dish. Enjoy hot.
