Goulash with buckwheat in a multicooker
Description
I first made meatballs with buckwheat in a multicooker by accident, using whatever ingredients I had on hand. We always take our multicooker with us when we go away for weekends by the sea. In our little house, with just a small kitchen, the multicooker helps us create all sorts of dishes. You can place vegetables—onion, carrots, tomatoes—right at the bottom of the multicooker without pre-frying them. To make tasty meatballs with buckwheat in the multicooker, try to ensure the meatballs are at least half-submerged in liquid. If there's not enough sauce, add water, or better yet, tomato juice. You can also cook it using another setting, for example, "SOUP". Good luck and enjoy!
