Meatballs with cauliflower
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Meatballs are a versatile meat dish that goes well with any side dish — rice, buckwheat, potatoes, pasta, etc. Adding cauliflower to the minced meat makes the meatballs juicier and more appetizing. I suggest using chicken mince; I used homemade mince with added herbs and spices: salt, pepper, paprika, dried onion and garlic flakes. You can season the mince with your favorite spices. Serve the dish ready to enjoy.
