Meatballs with feta cheese

Description

The recipe won't take much time. We'll prepare homemade meatballs with feta cheese. Serve the finished dish with a side dish and vegetables. These meatballs go well with cereals and mashed potatoes. Highly recommended. Serve hot.

   Soak the bread roll in water beforehand. Finely chop the onion, peel the apple and finely dice it. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lightly sauté the onion and apple. Mix the minced meat with the squeezed bread roll, egg, chopped herbs, onion, apple, and mustard. Stir well, adding salt and pepper to taste.

   We make patties from the minced meat, place a piece of brined cheese inside, and shape them into meatballs.
