Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use different types and cuts of meat for the meatballs, depending on the result you'd like to achieve. Chicken meatballs are more diet-friendly, while pork ones will be juicier but higher in calories. You can also mix meats, for example, use half chicken mince and half veal. Prepare the ingredients for the meatballs and sauce. Peel the vegetables and rinse them under water. Let's get started!

First, prepare the mince for the meatballs. To do this, wash the chicken fillet, dry it, and cut it into pieces. Place it in a grinder, add salt, pepper, and garlic, and grind everything into a mince.

Add washed rice and a raw egg to the chicken mince. Mix thoroughly until a uniform, sticky mass forms.
