
Meatballs on a vegetable bed
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The meatballs on a bed of vegetables are very easy to make. Simply prepare minced meat using any type of meat you prefer. Choose your own selection of vegetables. Essentially, this dish doesn't require a side dish, as you get meatballs with vegetables in a delicious sauce all at once. However, a bit of mashed potatoes or buckwheat porridge wouldn't be out of place. The finished dish can now be served.

Prepare the ingredients for making meatballs on a bed of vegetables.

Peel and wash the onion. Soak the white bun or baguette in cold water and squeeze out after a few minutes. Wash the chicken fillet and pork meat. Pass all these ingredients through a meat grinder.

Salt and pepper to taste. If serving the meatballs to children, do not add pepper.
