Meatballs from boiled meat

Description

This recipe won't take much time. Sometimes we have leftover boiled meat—either from soup or because we've boiled too much for a salad, etc. To make meatballs from boiled meat, you don't necessarily need beef. You can use chicken or pork as well. If you don't have milk on hand, you can soak the bread in water instead. The main thing is to have a good meat grinder or blender: boiled meat still needs to be finely ground. 1. Soak the bread roll in milk after cutting it in half. 2. Pass the meat through a meat grinder. Squeeze the bread roll to remove excess milk and add it to the minced meat. 3. Add egg yolks, spices, and grated cheese to the meat. Finely dice the boiled carrot and add it to the mixture. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. 4. Mix the meat mixture thoroughly (you can chill it in the refrigerator). Shape the mixture into meatballs the size of a walnut. 5. Beat the remaining egg whites. Dredge the meatballs in flour, then dip them into the beaten egg whites, and finally coat them gently with breadcrumbs. 6. Fry the meatballs in oil until golden brown. If desired, you can bake them in the oven for 10–15 minutes (remember, the meat is already cooked). Ready! I hope you find this simple recipe for meatballs from boiled meat useful. Serve hot.
