Pork meatballs
Description
This recipe won't take much time. This method of preparing pork meatballs is very quick, perfect for unexpected guests or sudden hunger, as we won't be making the usual sauce. Don't worry, it's still very tasty! :) By the way, you can replace the pork with any other meat or poultry if desired, but in that case, you'd better prepare a sauce, because chicken, for example, turns out a bit dry and the meatballs won't hold together well. So feel free to experiment and find your favorite flavor. :) 1. While the minced meat is defrosting, let's boil the rice. You don't need to cook it all the way through, as it serves as the main "binder" for our meatballs—just leave it slightly soft and sticky. 2. Meanwhile, wash, peel, and finely chop the onion using a blender or knife. 3. Now it's really simple—mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, blending thoroughly. Don't forget salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. You can also add finely chopped fresh herbs. 4. With wet hands, shape the thick mixture into small balls and fry them in vegetable oil on all sides until fully cooked. Done! Homemade "lazy" pork meatballs are ready! Despite how easy they are to make, they always turn out delicious with an appetizing crust. By the way, when serving, you can sprinkle them with grated cheese and fresh herbs, and serve with ketchup, mustard, sour cream, or any other sauce. Enjoy! Serve hot.
