
Pike Cutlets

These fishballs turn out tender, juicy, and extremely delicious. We'll simmer them with vegetables in a tomato-sour cream sauce—serve them confidently with any side dish. Fillet the pike and mince it using a blender or meat grinder.

Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl, add rice cooked to half readiness, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped herbs, egg, salt, and spices to taste.
