The recipe won't take much time. My version will especially appeal to those who love tender fillet with a simple side dish. Read more about it. Serve hot.

    Rinse the rice and cook it until half-done in salted water.

    Pass the fillet and peeled onion through a meat grinder. Preferably several times.

    Add breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Mix the mince.

    Add salt and pepper. Mix once again.

    Then add rice and egg. Mix until uniform consistency.

    Form the meatballs. Roll them in flour.
