Chicken meatballs with rice
Description
Chicken meatballs are a culinary classic. They are very simple and relatively quick to prepare. The sauce can be based not only on sour cream, but also on tomato paste or cream. Today I have the mildest, most diet-friendly, and light version. Tender chicken meatballs with rice will make an excellent main dish for lunch or a perfect dinner.
