Place the turkey mince in a bowl. Add the onion and garlic, chopped by any method.

Pour boiled water, cooled, over the white bun. After 5 minutes, squeeze out the water. Pass the bun through a meat grinder or mash it with a fork, or blend it finely in a blender.
