
Turkey meatballs with rice
Description
In addition to turkey and rice, we'll add a chicken egg, some spices, garlic, and use delicious corn breadcrumbs for the meatballs. The meatballs can be cooked in the oven or on a skillet with added water. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes, porridge, or spaghetti.

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the carrots and onion, rinse them. Grate the carrots on a grater, chop the onion into cubes. Fry the vegetables for a few minutes in a non-stick frying pan.

Transfer the minced meat and cooked rice to a bowl.

Add the vegetables to the bowl next.

Beat in the chicken egg, add salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix everything together and shape into small meatballs.
