Description

Many home cooks tend to avoid turkey—its lean meat often turns dry when roasted, and baking the whole bird isn't always practical. But you can use this poultry in a slightly different way. Try making turkey meatballs. They turn out light and fluffy, thoroughly soaked in a fragrant sauce. The hardest part will be making sure you get your share!

    Peel the onion, cut into several pieces.

    Wash the turkey meat, cut into cubes, and grind together with the onion using a meat grinder.

    To a bowl with minced meat, add egg, raw rice, salt, and pepper.

    Knead the minced meat well and beat it against the table several times.
