Lamb meatballs with rice
Description
To be honest, I don't understand why so many people dislike the taste of lamb. In our family, everyone loves it, and I often prepare lamb meatballs with rice at home, as well as other dishes using this meat. As for these meatballs, I'm absolutely crazy about them—they turn out so tender and delicious. Plus, since I cook them in a steamer, they're also healthy. So, for those who don't find the taste of lamb strange, I highly recommend trying this recipe for lamb meatballs with rice—they come out amazing. 1) First, rinse the rice in several changes of water and soak it. 2) Remove any tendons and membranes from the lamb, then mince the meat through a meat grinder. 3) Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and dice it into small cubes. Finely chop the asparagus beans as well. 4) In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, rice, bell pepper, and beans. Add grated cheese, ground pepper, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly until the mixture reaches a uniform consistency. 5) Now simply shape the mixture into meatballs, place them into a preheated steamer, and cook for about 30–35 minutes. Serve the meatballs hot, as cold lamb isn't nearly as tasty.
