
Tatar sweets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. One of the most famous Tatar sweets is chak-chak. It is made from dough cut into thin noodles, fried in oil, and then soaked in honey syrup. It sounds and looks very appetizing. The dish is sweet, so it is served with hot tea or sherbet. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

1. In a bowl, beat the chicken eggs with salt, then add the flour.

2. Knead a firm dough, similar to noodle dough; you can use a bit more flour if you feel the dough is sticky.

3. Divide the dough into several parts, then roll out thinly.

4. Cut the dough into thin strips, then cut each strip into several pieces.

5. In a saucepan, heat a generous amount of sunflower oil until very hot, add the resulting noodles and fry until golden brown, then remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel.

6. In another saucepan, melt the honey with sugar until the sugar dissolves, stirring the mixture regularly.

7. Arrange the fried noodle pieces in portions or place them all in one container, pour the hot sweet mixture over them, and mix well. Serve the sweets with a cup of tea.
