Tartines with Lobster Meat
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. It's best to use bread that isn't the freshest, but rather bread that's rested a bit and slightly dried out. For tartines, it's better not to use many ingredients — just 1–2 favorite, delicious products. That's all you'll need. It's best to prepare tartines right before serving. If you want to prepare tartines in advance, spread the bread with a thin layer of butter, so they won't get soggy before your guests arrive. Serve with herbs and sauce.
