Tuna Tartare with Avocado
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Tartare is finely chopped raw meat or fish flesh, and this dish resembles sashimi. Therefore, the most important thing is to choose very fresh fish and freeze it in the freezer for 96 hours before preparation. Tuna makes a delicious tartare because its flesh is firm, lean, and aromatic. It can be served warm or chilled.
