Salmon Tartare
Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. I got this salmon tartare recipe from a Moscow restaurant :) I now make it all the time for parties and holidays when friends get together. I have to say, this dish is always very popular. Even the kids happily eat the top part of the tartare—that is, the yolk. In a word, salmon tartare is a delightful dish! Making it is pure pleasure. The dish’s elegant appearance always stirs up a storm of positive emotions among guests.. And that’s always nice :)
