Beef Steak Tartare
Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. Active hands-on time is about 15 minutes, but the recipe will take a little over an hour in total. If you want to know, serve the appetizer to the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Rinse the steak thoroughly under running water. Pat dry with a paper towel and generously salt on all sides. Refrigerate for one hour.

Step 2

2. After that, rinse and pat the meat dry again to remove excess salt. Now for the most interesting part — the meat needs to be chopped very finely, literally turned into mince, but done with a knife. Cut off a small piece of beef and start mincing.

Step 3

3. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4

4. Carefully separate the yolk from the white. Dip it in hot water for 15 seconds and remove immediately.

Step 5

5. Place on top of the meat, and the beef steak tartare is ready.
