Description
Tartlets made according to this recipe can be served with sweet fillings, for example, with fruits and whipped cream, with caramel and chocolate. They can also be used for salads, appetizers with seafood, or meat fillings. For baking, cupcake molds work perfectly. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Place flour, salt, and sugar into the bowl of a mixer. Cut the butter into pieces and add to the bowl. Mix until a crumbly texture forms.

2. Place the sour cream into the bowl and mix until the dough forms a lump that holds together.

3. Form a single dough ball and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle the table with flour and place the dough on it.
