Chocolate ganache tartlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use either ready-made tartlet shells or make them yourself. Doing so is quite simple—just chop about 120 grams of butter with a cup of flour and 3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Add 1-2 eggs and knead into a smooth dough. Then roll it out and cut into pieces to fit your molds. Bake the tartlet shells and let them cool. Serve the finished dessert.
