Tartlets with champignons
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. You can confidently serve tartlets with any filling; they can be sweet or savory, with meat or fruit. I really like mushroom filling—it is simple to prepare, but very tasty. By the way, to make tartlets you can use either ready-made tartlets (I recommend taking pastry ones, not waffle ones), or make them yourself from simple shortcrust pastry, the recipe for which you can find on the site. Serve the appetizer to the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, rinse the mushrooms, then cut them into fairly large pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Then chop the mushrooms in a blender. Just don’t blend them into a completely pureed state—chop them, but not too finely. Also chop the onion in a blender.
- 3
Step 3

Sauté the mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil until the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 4
Step 4

Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater.
- 5
Step 5

Also grate the hard-boiled eggs.
- 6
Step 6

Then mix the mushrooms and onion with the eggs and cheese. Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- 7
Step 7

Distribute the mixture among the tartlets. Refrigerate until serving. Before the meal, garnish with sprigs of herbs.
